planning account manager reporting to the Planning Account Director

We are looking for an experienced digital media campaign planner who longs for more client contact, or digital account manager with bags of digital campaign experience to join our great team!

As a planning account manager, you’d be the go-to person for a portfolio of clients for the day to day and mid-term management and development of the digital strategy and campaigns we are handling for them. You’d be responsible for managing planning account execs, developing their skills, and ensuring all your client campaigns are planned and executed effectively.

You will have experience of managing paid for digital campaigns perhaps as a client or working in an agency and want to work on a portfolio of clients that are operating in different industries such as retail, B2B, Charity, Technology or financial services.

You will love building positive relationships with clients and be inquisitive, managing the research, planning, pricing, media selections and recommendations for all client and new business campaigns briefed to you and your team. You’ll be a great communicator, both in writing and in person, and efficiency will be your middle name, as you’re capable of keeping track of multiple campaigns simultaneously and you’ll make sure all our processes are followed and everyone is kept updated.

You ‘ll manage the set-up, targeting and execution of all campaigns, their optimisations and reporting, extract insights from results reports, and make sure everything is explained clearly and simply to your clients. You’ll be expert at using Microsoft tools and if you’ve got experience of using tracking technology such as Google's Campaign manager, DV360 and you are a whizz with data analysis and excel that would be an advantage, too.

You are commercially savvy, comfortable with numbers, you’ll love working as part of a client team, happy to take the lead when necessary in meetings but also good at listening to your colleagues and clients to make sure we deliver the best possible outcomes. You’ll not mind working alone and driving yourself forward and you’ll be keen to take part in training to increase your knowledge and skills.

If this sounds like you and you’re ready to join our great team, please do get in touch!
